The Art Room is a charity aimed at 5 - 16 year olds who are experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties. There are currently five Art Rooms in schools in Oxford and London, offering art as therapy to increase children’s self-esteem, self-confidence and independence.
HRH The Duchess of Cambridge and The Art Room
We are delighted to announce that HRH The Duchess of Cambridge became Royal Patron of The Art Room on 5 January 2012. Director and Founder Juli Beattie said, “It is a fantastic endorsement of the work we do and the role that art and creativity can play in helping young people.”
